Michelle Joy Howard grew up in the floral industry, surrounded by the kind of beauty, discipline, and detail that would eventually shape her life’s work. With a mother who designed florals for the Academy Awards and a childhood spent watching flowers become part of unforgettable moments, Michelle learned early that floral design was never just about flowers. It was about atmosphere, emotion, and the art of making people feel something.
After years of working inside the world of luxury floral design, Michelle opened Flora Couture in Las Vegas with a vision to bring a more artful, fashion-forward approach to the industry. Her work is known for its precision, creativity, and couture-level attention to detail, blending premium blooms, unexpected textures, and sculptural design into florals that feel as intentional as they are beautiful.
